April 15 (Wednesday)

• Initial registration for fall and spring with a maximum of eight credit hours; students are permitted to enroll for more than eight credit hours after today

August 21 (Friday)

• Financial aid disbursement begins; see Financial Aid

August 23 (Sunday)

• Last day to: Process a complete drop and receive a 100% tuition refund (no ‘W’ recorded)

August 24 (Monday)

• Fall semester classes begin

August 30 (Sunday)

• Last day to: Process a complete drop and receive a 90% tuition refund (no ‘W’ recorded)
• Last day to: Reduce credits and receive 100% tuition refund (no ‘W’ recorded)

August 31 (Monday)

• Last day to: Process a complete drop or reduce credits and receive 75% tuition refund (no ‘W’ recorded; after today, ‘W’s’ are recorded for withdrawals and complete withdrawals)

September 1 (Tuesday)

• First tuition installment due (one third of assessed tuition, plus current and past-due balance)

September 2 (Wednesday)

• Last day to: Add a class/process initial registration
• Last day to: Change from audit to credit or credit to audit

September 6 (Sunday)

• Last day to: Process a complete withdrawal or reduce credits and receive a 75% tuition refund (mark of ‘W’ is recorded)

September 7 (Monday)

• Labor Day holiday; no classes are held

September 13 (Sunday)

• Last day to: Process a complete withdrawal or reduce credits and receive a 50% tuition refund (mark of ‘W’ is recorded)

September 20 (Sunday)

• Last day to: Process a complete withdrawal or reduce credits and receive a 25% tuition refund (mark of ‘W’ is recorded)

October 1 (Thursday)

• Second tuition installment due (1/3 of assessed tuition, plus current and past-due balance)

October 11 (Sunday)

• Last day to: Withdraw from a class (mark of ‘W’ recorded)
• Last day to: Change grade options (Graded or P/N)
• Last day to: Change variable credits

November 1 (Sunday)

• Third tuition installment due (1/3 of assessed tuition, plus current and past-due balance)

November 26-27

• Thanksgiving holiday; no classes are held.

December 2 (Wednesday)

• Last day of classes
