Summer 2009 Tuition & Fee Structure

The Summer term tuition and fee structure differs from the rest of the academic year. The tuition and fee tables for the 2009 Summer Session can be found in the OUS Fee Book (page 34). The Fall 2008, Winter 2009, Spring 2009 tuition and fee structure is contained on this page that you are viewing now.

Summer Tuition and Fees are the basic mandatory enrollment fees. They are based on two criteria:

  • Residency (in-state or out-of-state)
  • Number credits you are enrolled in (Undergraduate and/or Graduate)

2008-2009 Tuition and Fee Structure

Tuition and Fees are the basic mandatory enrollment fees. They are based on three criteria:

  • Residency (in-state or out-of-state)
  • Student Level (Undergraduate, Graduate, Law, etc.)
  • Number credits you are enrolled in (Undergraduate and/or Graduate)

The University of Oregon's section of the OUS Fee Book for 2008-2009 includes seven tables listing the required fees for University of Oregon (Undergraduate/Graduate, Law, programmatic fees, part-time fees, housing fees, etc.).

Incidental Fee Reduction for Spring 2009

A one-time reduction to the Incidental Fee is in effect for the Spring Term 2009. The reductions are as follows:

  • Undergraduates, Grads, & Non-admits receive a one-time reduction to the Incidental Fee, effective for the Spring Term 2009. The rate charged to undergraduate students will be $100.00 less than shown on the Tuition & Fee Structure pages.
  • Law students receive a one-time reduction to the Incidental Fee, effective for the Spring Semester 2009. Depending on the number of credit hours taken, the rate charged to Law students will be approximately 18% to 34% less than the rates listed in the Tuition & Fee Structure pages.

*   When calculating your tuition & fees on the following pages, please adjust your totals by adding the one-time surcharge (undergraduates) and subtracting the one-time reduction to the Incidental Fee (all students). The Tuition & Fee tables have not been adjusted to reflect these changes.
