Latin Honors

Graduating seniors who have earned at least 90 credits in residence at the University of Oregon and have successfully completed all other university degree requirements are eligible for graduation with Latin honors. (Read more).

Supplemental forms & transcript requests

Supplemental forms can only be added to mailed transcripts. After ordering your transcript, fax or email the supplemental form within 30 minutes. Fax (541) 346-6682 or scan and email to: registrar@uoregon.edu.

Go Green Transcripts

Did you order a Go Green transcript? Please let the recipient know that they should watch their inbox, spam, and trash folders for an email from "University of Oregon [mailto:noreply@parchment.com]." This email contains the instructions to get your transcript.

Update Your Degree Guide

Students should update their Degree Guide immediately after making any changes to registration or their student record including dropping/adding courses, changing variable credit or changing a major or minor. This will help you stay on track and graduate on time.

Log into DuckWeb to review and/or update personal information

Students can view and update their personal information including address, directory information, ethnicity, professional objectives and degree (B.A. or B.S.) in DuckWeb. Students should also check their current class schedule to ensure the information is accurate.

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for academic and classroom scheduling, student registration, enrollment verification, grading and academic records maintenance, transfer credit articulation, degree audits, monitoring undergraduate general education requirements, degree awarding, course evaluations, student data/statistical analysis, veterans benefits, FERPA compliance, and transcript services. These responsibilities, assignments and services are completed within institutional policies and standards as well as related state and federal laws and regulations.
