UO ID Card

The UO ID Card is your official identification card at the University of Oregon, whether you are student, faculty or staff. The UO ID number is a nine-digit number randomly generated and assigned at the time of first admission. Your UO ID number will be imprinted on your student ID card when it is issued by the Card Office.

You can obtain a UO ID Card at the UO Card Office, located on the the ground floor of the Erb Memorial Union at 1228 University of Oregon. Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:45pm.

Privacy Considerations

UO ID numbers will only be released when:

The card holder visits the Office of the Registrar in person with photo identification.
The card holder submits his or her request to the Office of the Registrar by mail or fax.
