Program Registration
Students cannot have concurrent registration for main campus courses and UO study abroad courses in Fall, Winter, and Spring terms. Concurrent registration is approved during Summer term. Study abroad registration cannot be processed if main campus registration exists. Please use the web form below, after consulting with your GEO advisor, to request that the Office of the Registrar drop your main campus courses in order to add the CRN for your UO Study Abroad program. The web form requires DuckID login.

Program/Course Grading Option Change (for GEO staff use only)
Please use this web form to request grading option changes to Pass/No Pass for UO Study Abroad program courses. You will be prompted to login with your DuckID. Once submitted, the form will be sent to our office for processing.
Program Cancellation or Withdrawal (for GEO staff use only)
Please use this web form to report any cancelled programs or for students that have withdrawn from their program. You will be prompted to login with your DuckID. Once submitted, the form will be sent to our office for processing.
Updating UO Study Abroad Course Equivalencies (for department use only)
The Office of the Registrar will initially articulate UO study abroad credits as 100-level elective or elective with various university-requirement attributes. For most university requirements, elective credits is sufficient. Only major and minor departments can approve upper-division credits, add department-specific attributes, and request that UO study abroad courses are updated to UO-course equivalents. Please provide the appropriate department with any needed documentation that can be used to evaluate your course(s).
UO Departmental Partners - please use the web form below to assign a study abroad course upper-division credit (388, 488), if applicable, add your department's course attributes, or update a course to a specific UO course equivalency (additional Degree Guide exception may be needed). If you are submitting a pre-evaluation, enter none for student name and none for student UO ID#. Please submit separate requests for different programs. You will be prompted to login with your DuckID. Once processed, the new equivalency will be recorded in our database for all students who take that study abroad course.
