Latin Honors

Graduating seniors who have earned at least 90 credits in residence at the University of Oregon and have successfully completed all other university degree requirements are eligible for graduation with Latin honors. (Read more).

Supplemental forms & transcript requests

Registration Deadlines for Fall Term Have Changed!

  • Waitlists will end Wednesday, September 26, at 9am.
  • The last day to drop a course without a recorded "W" is Saturday, September 29. After this date "W" is recorded.
  • The last day to add a course is Sunday, September 30.

Did you order a Go Green transcript? Please let the recipient know that they should watch their inbox, spam, and trash folders for an email from "University of Oregon []." This email contains the instructions to get your transcript.

Academic Dates and Deadlines for Winter 2018 & Spring 2018 Law are now available.

Update Your Degree Guide

Students should update their Degree Guide immediately after making any changes to registration or their student record including dropping/adding courses, changing variable credit or changing a major or minor. This will help you stay on track and graduate on time.

Log into DuckWeb to review and/or update personal information

Students can view and update their personal information including address, directory information, ethnicity, professional objectives and degree (B.A. or B.S.) in DuckWeb. Students should also check their current class schedule to ensure the information is accurate.

Final Examinations (see schedule)

Grades that faculty have "submitted" are available for students to view on DuckWeb, provided that students have completed or opted out of each of their course evaluations by the deadline (before the start of Finals Week). (See Grading Schedules.)

Undergraduates may enroll for more than 18 credits and graduate students may enroll for more than 16 credits (see Enrollment & Study Load Limits)

Online grade rosters will be turned off at Noon (see Dates and Deadlines)

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for academic and classroom scheduling, student registration, enrollment verification, grading and academic records maintenance, transfer credit articulation, degree audits, monitoring undergraduate general education requirements, degree awarding, course evaluations, student data/statistical analysis, veterans benefits, FERPA compliance, and transcript services. These responsibilities, assignments and services are completed within institutional policies and standards as well as related state and federal laws and regulations.
