Winter/Spring 2020 Temporary Changes

We know this is a challenging time for our entire campus community and everyone at the University of Oregon is working daily to support all students as they continue their education. To that end, we’ve made three temporary changes that allow more flexibility and offer additional options to students while we all navigate a quickly shifting situation. Latin Honors

Graduating seniors who have earned at least 90 credits in residence at the University of Oregon and have successfully completed all other university degree requirements are eligible for graduation with Latin honors. (Read more).

Update Your Degree Guide

Students should update their Degree Guide immediately after making any changes to registration or their student record including dropping/adding courses, changing variable credit or changing a major or minor. This will help you stay on track and graduate on time.

Log into DuckWeb to review and/or update personal information

Students can view and update their personal information including address, directory information, ethnicity, professional objectives and degree (B.A. or B.S.) in DuckWeb. Students should also check their current class schedule to ensure the information is accurate.


Financial Aid Census date - Financial Aid is finalized based on registered number of credits


Last day to add a class/process initial registration

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for academic and classroom scheduling, student registration, enrollment verification, grading and academic records maintenance, transfer credit articulation, degree audits, monitoring undergraduate general education requirements, degree awarding, course evaluations, student data/statistical analysis, veterans benefits, FERPA compliance, and transcript services. These responsibilities, assignments and services are completed within institutional policies and standards as well as related state and federal laws and regulations.
