As a student, you may need enrollment verification to share with employers, banks and other lenders, or insurance companies. Getting your enrollment verification is easy. For simple verifications for car and medical insurance, you can print your enrollment and degree verification through DuckWeb. The link in DuckWeb will take you to the National Student Clearinghouse site.  

For verifications for lenders, other institutions, scholarship companies or similar uses, please reach out to transfercredits@uoregon.edu for the Office of the Registrar’s enrollment verification form.
