Pull or Cancel the Degree Application
If you have applied for graduation in a term that is sooner or later than when your requirements will be met, please complete the following actions:
- Use the Change to Graduation Application form to request to pull/cancel your current graduation application from DuckWeb.
- Once the request is processed, apply to graduate in DuckWeb for the term when you will have all requirements completed.
Late Degree Application Request for the Current Term
If you have missed the deadline to apply for the current term's graduation in DuckWeb, please complete the following actions:
- Apply to graduate in DuckWeb for the next available term.
- Use the Change to Graduation Application form to request to move your graduation application to the current term.
The last day to request a late degree application is the Friday of week 1 of the following term.
Your Name on the Diploma
When you apply for graduation, you will decide how your name will be displayed on your diploma.
Diploma names cannot include:
- appellations, such as: Sir, Doctor, or Sargent.
- parentheses, for example: Jonathan (John) Student.
If you need to change your name on your diploma, use the Change to Graduation Application form.
