If you have been notified that you will be deployed:

Step 1: Contact Academic Advising (101 Oregon Hall, 541-346-3211)

You will be advised as to your options concerning your enrollment at the University of Oregon. They will need a copy of your active duty letter. Possible options may include:

• complete withdrawal with full refund (see How to Completely Withdraw Using DuckWeb
• incompletes, if eligible
• assignment of some or all grades based on work completed

Step 2 (if applicable): Contact the UO Office of Veterans Affairs

The Veterans Coordinator will request a copy of your active duty letter from Academic Advising and report your active duty status to the VA.

Step 3 (if applicable): Contact Financial Aid (287 Oregon Hall, 541-346-3221).
