You may be eligible for the Yellow Ribbon Program if you are assessed non-resident tuition at University of Oregon and receive Chapter 33 benefits at the 100% rate. The Yellow Ribbon Program is available to off-set the difference between non-resident and resident tuition only. University of Oregon has agreed to award a maximum of $2,000.00 per academic year to students using the Yellow Ribbon benefit. The VA will provide matching funds. This program is most appropriate for an online student that does not reside in the State of Oregon.
