  • Winter 2025 Deadline: Last day to upload Graduate Tuition rates
  • Winter 2025 RO runs tuition and fee assessment; Student bills available on/after 16th.
  • Fall 2024 Grade rosters open at 8am
  • Spring 2025 Deadline: All sections must have CRNs for room assignments: room assignments
  • Fall 2024 Deadline: Last day to submit support for late term student petitions (withdraw, change grade option)
  • Fall 2024 Withdrawal & Grade Change Petitions for the current term are retroactive; refer student to OAA for SRC petition
  • Fall 2024 First grade roll at 4:30 pm; 7:30am and 4:30 pm daily after first roll
  • Fall 2024 Pull Missing Grade Report (Banner>SWREGRP); repeat daily
  • Fall 2024 Final: Fullback Tuition Run
  • Fall 2024 Deadline: Grade changes for graduating students (SGR)
  • Fall 2024 Degree Conferral Date (date used on all Fall degrees)
  • Winter 2025 Prereq Drop Reports sent to departments
  • Fall 2024 Deadline at Noon: Instructors submit decisions for incomplete requests:

    Respond to email link for student requests, Instructors can also use Instructor Initiated Incomplete form for students that called or talked to them in person

  • Fall 2024 Run Incompletes by Term/Dept (Banner>SWREGRP)
  • Fall 2024 Run Missing Grade Report for past 4 terms (Banner>SWREGRP)
  • Winter 2025 Prereq Drop Decisions Due at Noon; RO drops and notifies students
  • Fall 2024 Major/Minor decisions due (Banner > SHAMAPR)
  • Fall 2024 Deadline: Department Honors
  • Spring 2025 Deadline: Confirm all courses have instructors assigned
