Summer scheduling is more complicated than other quarters. However, you can initiate the scheduling process directly in CLSS.

Codes

As summer session includes various term options, the Office of the Registrar has developed a coding system to manage deadlines and withdrawal and refund deadlines.

Three Course Sequence – Twelve Week Option

Departments that want to offer a sequence of three courses during summer should offer the courses for four weeks each, beginning week one and ending week twelve.

Self-Support Courses

Continuing and Professional Education manages all changes for self-supporting courses.

Final Examinations

All classes should hold final exams during the last scheduled class meeting. The Office of the Registrar does not schedule alternate exam times or spaces for final exams.

The UO sends out surveys to students four times based on the courses for which they're enrolled.
