Request the use of a general classroom for an event related to an academic class, such as an additional meeting time, an alternate (or secondary) exam room, a break out room, review session, or class presentation.
Notes:
- To review a list of classrooms, please check the Classroom Resource Reference Chart. For photos and other information, review the UO Classroom Equipment and Technology website.
- Academic Scheduling makes every effort to respond to reservation requests within one business day. Requests for same day reservations are not always possible. For weekend reservations, requests must be received before 5 p.m. the previous Thursday in order to accommodate building opening and closing requests.
- Classrooms may be reserved for events once the class schedule has been published for the term (generally week 6 of the prior term). Events during finals week can be scheduled after week four of the same term.
- Residential Hall classrooms (Global Scholars Hall classrooms, LLCS 101, LLCN 125, Straub 151, and Straub 154) are only available to reserve between 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, during fall, winter, and spring term if classes are not meeting in the room. For reservation requests outside of these times, contact catering@uoregon.edu.
- Non-class related reservation requests should be submitted to the EMU Scheduling & Events office at schedule@uoregon.edu, unless a Residential Hall classroom is specifically needed. If a Residential Hall classroom is needed, see note above and submit request to sched@uoregon.edu or catering@uoregon.edu depending on the time the room is needed.
