Study Abroad Credit

  • If students want to change their courses from graded to pass/no pass, they should first talk with GEO staff, as they can complete the form to initiate the process.

  • When students need to cancel or withdraw from their program, GEO advisors should complete the form to notify our office.

  • When our office processes UO study abroad credits, the courses  will initially be processed as 100-level elective credits or elective credits tied to university requirements.  If students want their UO study abroad credits to fulfil major and minor requirements, students should work closely with their academic units.

UO departments use a form  to assign a study abroad course upper-division credit. Once we have processed your study abroad equivalency form, the course will be recorded in the database to help future students who take the course.
