DuckWeb is the University of Oregon's system for students and faculty.
The faculty menu in DuckWeb includes various features:
- Class Lists
- Teaching Schedules
- Grade Rosters
- Student Advising Menus
- Departmental Class Lists
To gain access to DuckWeb, staff members must complete the required FERPA training in MyTrack and submit the DuckWeb access request form via their supervisor. Forms sent directly by the employee are not accepted. Handwritten signatures or an email from a UO email address are required for signature verification.
The approving supervisor should send approved forms to registrar@uoregon.edu. Forwarding the employee's original thread including all parties will help avoid delays. For example: Employee emails completed from to supervisor requesting approval. Supervisor forwards the thread with the signed form to registrar@uoregon.edu.
